The 2012 All-Star Game ballot launched on Friday, and plenty of familiar Yankees names are up for the honor.
All of the regulars in the Yankees' starting lineup can be found on the ballot, including first baseman Mark Teixeira, second baseman Robinson Cano, shortstop Derek Jeter and third baseman Alex Rodriguez. Catcher Russell Martin is on the ballot, as are Raul Ibanez and outfielders Brett Gardner, Curtis Granderson and Nick Swisher.
Among the Yankees' nominees, Gardner is the only one who hasn't made it to the Midsummer Classic. Rodriguez has made the All-Star team 14 times and Jeter is next with 12, followed by Martin and Cano with three each, Granderson and Teixeira with two, and Swisher and Ibanez, who have each made one All-Star team.
