Yankees invite 20 more players to Spring Training

The Yankees announced on Friday that 20 additional players are set to attend camp as non-roster invitees, including their Nos. 2 through 4 prospects as rated by MLB Pipeline: right-hander Chance Adams, outfielder Estevan Florial and left-hander Justus Sheffield.

Graduated from Chaparral H.S. (Ariz.) in 2012 after winning back-to-back state titles in 2011 and 2012…attended Yavapai College (Ariz.) for two years (2013-14) before transferring to Dallas Baptist…went 7-1 with a 1.98 ERA (59.0IP, 41H, 15R/13ER, 13BB, 83K) in 23 relief appearances in his only season (2015) with Dallas Baptist…participated in the Yankees' Winter Warmup in 2017.
